Here is the high level:

You need to load data into three interface tables:
AP_SUPPLIERS_INT (Supplier Information)
AP_SUPPLIER_SITES_INT (Supplier Site Information)
AP_SUP_SITE_CONTACT_INT (Supplier Contact Details, Links with Site and Supplier tables)

Once the data is loaded you need to run the interface programs:

Supplier Open Interface Import (Imports Supplier Data)
Supplier Sites Open Interface Import (Imports Supplier Site Data)
Supplier Site Contacts Open Interface Import (Imports Contact Data)

You should look into Oracle documentation to find out which columns to populate with what values.
In interface tables, some columns are mandatory while others are optional.
In some columns Oracle expects specific data while others are open.
