Request not processing 15 Years, 4 Months ago
I am studying the Payables Module.Whenever I run any request,it is not processed and the status shows Inactive,No Manager.and under Diagnostic section this message appears "This request will not be processed because there are currently no managers running that can process it.

This is an error condition. There are one or more managers defined that can process this request that should be running at this time, but do not appear to be running".I am not able to even open periods.I have even tried running the Apps several times.Can anyone plz help.

Go to System Administrator responsibility.
Navigate to Concurrent->Manager->Administer
How many processes are running for Internal Manager and Standard Manager?
If the Actual column shows 0 for the Internal Manager then you needs to login to Linux and start the concurrent manager using the command:
adcmctl.cmd status apps/<APPS Password>
If Internal Manager is running and Actual is 0 for Standard Manager then simply start it by clicking on Activate button.
