Rolling back payment date in AP 11 Years, 3 Months ago
Hello,

Is there a way in AP such that we can change the payment date from current to a previous date. I believe there is one.

Scenario is that we have some 1099's which should be paid in 2012, but they just came in 2013. So we want to make a zero dollar payment with an effective date of 2012. Right now, when I try to do that, it gives "Cancelled-no inv selected" and no payments are being scheduled. It works fine with today's date tho.

Please advice if there is a quick way around.

You can change the payment date to the past if "Allow Pre-Date". In order to troubleshoot why your invoices are not getting selected I would need to more information on the invoice selection criteria provided to the pay run.
