Hi HandsonERP i have done all the pre req in regards to preparing for oracle install but i am now getting the following message... Enter the location for the disk labeled "Oracle Applications Rapid Install - RDBMS disk1" I have checked previous posts and taken on board comments but still cannot get any further... can you help please

As you must have read in previous posts, this happens when the stage is corrupted. How about your remove your stage directly from linux using rm -R command. Then recreate your ISO file and unzip it again on your linux to recreate the stage. If it does not work then we will have to look into your stage folders and see what is going wrong. Oracle is unable to located your RDBMS disk 1 directly. Oracle looks for label files in the directory.

Hi Admin,

I deleted the stage and then download the content set again, there was a problem with one of the files. R12 installed. I also had to use a different download manager for some reason the one in the tutorials would not work with my firefox browser. Used Internet download manager.

Thanks for the help...
