Data Access Set 13 Years, 5 Months ago  
Suppose we have already Set a security using Data Access Set on a user to have a Read and Write privilege,however we want to change the existing previlege to Read only.Do we have to define it on a new line or change the existing one? What are the steps?

You cannot modify an existing "Access Detail" line. You must delete the line and re-add with desired privilege (read/write, read, etc).
If you modify an existing Data Access Set, it would affect all responsibilities using this Data Access Set. Alternatively you can create a new Data Access Set with read only privileges and assign it to a particular read only responsibility; that way all other responsibilities would remain unaffected.
