The reason you have jobs in the Pending Standby state, is because you have INCOMPATABILITY
issues regarding jobs.
ie. Job #1 can not run while Job #2 is running.
Find out which jobs are currently running.
Read up on INCOMPATABILITY in the System Administrators Users guide.

Is your concurrent manager running?

Looks like either concurrent manager is down or standard manager is down.

Please post a screen shot for this window:

Concurrent -> Manager -> Administer

If you have confirmed that the manager is up and running... then try the following :
Place the open periods jobs on HOLD. WAIT.. and see if the other jobs start up.
Then place the Compile hierarchies jobs on HOLD... and wait to see what happens... the other jobs should start running...
if so.. wait till they finish and release the HOLDS one at a time...
Monitor the progress of the jobs in the queue.

Holding and releasing job has no bearing. Jobs are not running.

Concurrent->Manager-> Administer Screen should show at least
three managers: Concurrent, Standard, and Conflict.
Your screen is showing only one record for Standard.
Could you please query all the records on this screen and then
take the snapshot.
I want to see if Conflict manager is running or not.

Re:How to execute pending requests? 14 Years, 2 Months ago
Lets take it one step at a time.

You have not given me the screen shot for:
"Concurrent->Manager-> Administer->Requests".

Go to this screen. Do CTRL+F11 so that all rows are visible and take a
screen shot.

I want to make sure you have three managers running: Internal, Standard,
Conflict.

Thank you.

Hasan - Attached is the screen shot for Concurrent: manager-> Administer, also screen shot of the path how I got there.

I see only Standard Manager running which I stated on 1/28 as well. I also did CTRL+F11, as well as F11, typed % and CTRL+F11 but same result.

Thanks for all the help.

Your internal manager is down for some reason.

What is the output of this command.

./adcmstl.sh start

I executed ./adcmstl.sh, attached is the out of this command. There is no change in Administer Concurrent Manager screen. I did notice when Concurrent Manager starting internal manager with PROD, when I start database I used Prod not PROD. Can this cause a problem?
